im working now. at aeon credit service. hq/pf (head quarter/personal financing) department as a collector.

hmm... just like a legal ah-long... everyday just call customers asking them to make their payments... haha... sounds bad huh?

i am actually wondering... some customers are being soft and nice... while some customers are stubborn and stupid. they kept scolding or complaining that we are bad for kept on calling them for money... but they forgot one very vital thing: the money is loan by us. i am sure they forgot how grateful or happy they were at the moment they got the loan and do their desire things.

some customers are just jerks. purposely hung up our phone calls or simply ignore them... >< and then only make big fusses when pick up our calls accidentally or in office... saying that we kept on bothering them by calling and calling them. they dont, and never know how hard we work to try to get them. not at all. stupid huh? haha...

while some nice ones, i do feel sorry for their unfortunate stories (they said one)... but some are just... 'no $ to pay'... - -" hello... please lah you all... when you know you need to pay back for the loan, save your salary and pay for what you bought, instead of wasting all your money for stupid things. haix...

well, im working since 20 nov, and most probably only until end of december... i am accepted into UTAR pj campus for one-year foundation in science followed by three-year bachelor degree in biomedical science in UTAR kampar campus... hope that everything will turn out fine and great loh... :P
