Home-made korean bibimbab was in both keith’s and my mind one night… so we decided to make it ourselves…
ingredients we need are as followed:
1. Korean Kojujang (korean chili paste)
2. few slices of cheese – to be cubed
3. some onions - sliced
4. one green capsicum - diced
5. extra’s – we use both fishballs and hotdogs – all diced
6. garlic -minced
7. carrot - sliced
8. cucumber - sliced
so… in total:
keith cutting the cheese slices into cubes…
and here you go~ cheese dices~
ok… firstly, heat up some oil in sauce pan… then add in: garlic, extra meat products…
then, add in few spoonfuls of kojujang…
oh ya! dont forget to throw in some oyster sauce too!
aiyah forgot to take pictures >< hehe… just throw in everything loh :P and STIR!!!
lastly, just add onto rice and its ready to be served! :D
