Homosexuality is just a way of living... or a lifestyle...
There are homosexuals who think that they themselves are not commiting any crime, nor having any disease, and that homosexuals are just a lifestyle that provide them with choices.
This kind of people are having stronger will of rights than normal people. They are having lesser pressure from their hearts, and they dont feel much pressure from other people too.
Those homosexuals who are having this kind of thinkings are mostly showing their opinions in two ways.
One is keep on saying that people and most of the heterosexuals are having misunderstands towards homosexuals, and that they are not as weird as what the others would normally think of homosexuals, like homosexuals are maniacs and so.
Another one is that they are strongholding their understandings about homosexuals, and they would always say that they are just like those normal people, everything is the same between homosexuals and heterosexuals, except their sexualities. So they think that they should be having the same rights as normal people do...
That's it lah... haha... sorry that my english is sucks... :P... anyway better than none bah right? haha...
Well I agree with David's point of "homosexuality is just a way of living...." Homosexaulity has been around for a long time, especially back in ancient Greece. Homosexuality back then was considered to be for the smart and high class men, and thus accepted by society. However, this concept has evolved to the curse of homosexuality from ideals such as Christianity and other religions.
Fortunately, society is slowly changing back to the accpetance homosexuality and bisexuality. This can be seen from the relatively recent changes to law allowing same-sex marriages and privileges. A possible reason for this change is people in the government accepting the research by Kinsey where it found the majority of the population is bisexual and only a minority is exclusively gay or straight. For all we know, people in power can be homosexuals that are still "in the closet."
Although we're seeing changes in acceptance, it will take generations before high acceptance is adopted. The image of homosexuality that had be ingrained in the past generations is perverted people that just fucks different people everynight. Ironically, homosexuals are usually the more educated and higher class. Ultimately, it will require changes to the education curriculum for children where different sexuality is taught to be accepted as "a way of living," and not some sin that God will punish with diseases such as AIDS.
With all that said, live the way that you are and everytime someone criticizes you, just tell yourself that they are just "mis-taught" by society.
