well after more than one month's teaching in both sri pelita high school and sri pelita primary school, i realized that teaching is so damn freakingly hard... especially for someone who is so impatient like me...
well... some of the kids are not willing to do their works... some need XTRA attention... some purposely act like 'they know nothing' so you need to go over to him/her to teach him/her alone... some worst... naughty and kept on disturbing their friends... kacau banyak... haix...
normally if in government school we just use RATTAN to 'shoot' that few naughty students and everything will be fine... but here, we cant 'shoot'... they have to be 'manja' (something like... flattered?)... then the few admin staffs said that we need to treat the primary kids like they are adults... adui... adults can work by themselves but they cant... and yet so naughty also... so how am i going to treat them as adults??? haix...
then somemore... when they didnt finish their homeworks... ok lah... ask them to do during break time or lunch time... then some of them will even tell their parents that some teacher dont let them take their lunch or have their break... then their parents will tell the principal and the principal will come to me and... well you know lah... ask this and ask that... then... kena loh... haix... SO HARD TO TEACH RICH PEOPLE for THEY ARE SO MANJA!!!
haix... well hope that i will be able to cope with my teaching life... help me... haha...
